Definition
You enter in this field the wage type on which a correction to the year end bonus may be paid or claimed retrospectively.
The following conditions may necessitate a correction:
If the 13th wage is to be paid before the month of December, you must make an assumption regarding the remaining months. The year end bonus is paid on the basis of this assumption. If the employee leaves the company prematurely, or there is any change to the salary for the remaining periods, a correction must be made to the year end bonus in December, or in the month the employee leaves.
The correction wage type must be different from the wage type in the Year-End Bonus field. The wage type used here also cannot be entered as a correction wage type in any other calculation formula in the same grouping (for example, L13 or L14).
