Documentation
Definition
The sender can use the ResponseID to collect from the ZSS communication server the response of a receiving office to a file sent earlier.
Use
The responses are collected using the report ELENA - Collection and Confirmation of Processing Results from ZSS (RPCELKD0). Normally, you do not have to enter the ResponseID on the selection screen as it is automatically determined based on the data for the sent file.
If this is not possible, such as when a file was sent to the ZSS multiple times (and therefore there is a different ResponseID each time) and only the last ResponseID was noted in the system, you can enter the ResponseID directly on the selection screen. You then also have to enter the appropriate Global ID (of the relevant sent file) in the Notif. Selection group box (for example, due to the file number contained in it).
When you enter a ResponseID, only this response is collected that would otherwise not be collected due to missing data in the sent file (identified using the Global ID).
