Definition

If this indicator is set, the constant for the employer percentage rate that is assigned to the benefit type is used. If the indicator is not set, the percentage rate of the corresponding entitlement is used instead.

The constant for the employer percentage is maintained:

• In view V_5DCM_1B for entitlements
• In view V_5DCM_2B for benefit types

Use

You can set this indicator and leave the constant for the benefit type blank. In this case, the valid employer percentage rate for the end of the period is simply chosen from the constants table.

It does not make sense, however, to not set this indicator but enter a constant for the employer percentage rate in the benefit type anyway. This constant is ignored, because the indicator is not set; the percentage rate from the entitlement is used instead.
