Definition
When this indicator is set, then annuitization is performed separately for employer and employee contributions.
If the indicator is not set, all contributions are interpreted as employee contributions. Therefore, the calculation method of the pension fund procedure does not change in this case.
If the indicator is set, then contributions that were paid up to December 31, 2001 are still interpreted as employee contributions. The annuitization is calculated with the "Constant Ann.Factor" annuitization factor. The employer's share of the pension is calculated with the "Constant ER percentage rate". Contributions that are paid after January 1, 2002 are annuitized separately by employee's and employer's contribution. The employer's contribution must be saved in the CPS database and flagged as the employer's contribution.
