Use
You can use this indicator to flag pension fund entitlements as new contracts as defined by the German Pension Tax Law (contracts from January 1, 2005 under the prerequisites described there).
Dependencies
An additional tax exemption of EUR 1800 applies to new contracts according to sec. 3 no. 63 EStG (as of January 1, 2005).
Lump-sum taxation under sec. 40b EStG is no longer possible for new contracts.
