Definition

In the automatic paying office procedure (ZMV), the health insurance fund sends notifications to the paying office, which can lead to a change in the master data. Start notifications and change notifications from the health insurance fund are usually processed automatically. These changes are made directly in the Social Insurance infotype (0013).

However, when you make this selection, none of the notifications dated earlier than the four-year statute of limitations are imported automatically. The statute of limitations is determined using the start of the payroll period. The notifications are given the status To Be Checked. You can display them with report RPCZILD0 to perform the relevant actions manually. You must then set the status of these notifications to Processed Manually.
