Definition
The indicator determines how the reimbursement of employer contributions is calculated in the event of prohibition of employment.
- 0 Reimbursement of actual employer contributions
The employer contributions to the continued remuneration (due to employment prohibition) are determined by means of the actual contribution rates. This is then multiplied by the percentage rate for reimbursing the employer contributions in the event of employment prohibition.
- 1 Flat-rate bonus of continued pay
The continued pay (due to employment prohibition) is multiplied by the percentage rate for reimbursing the employer contributions in the event of employment prohibition.
- 2 Flat-rate bonus of continued pay limited by the income threshold in the pension insurance
