Definition
The indicator determines how the reimbursement of employer contributions is calculated in the event of work incapacity.
The specifications refer to the sixth contribution rate.
- 0 Reimbursement of actual employer contributions
The employer contributions to the continued remuneration (due to work incapacity) are determined by means of the actual contribution rates. This is then multiplied by the percentage rate for reimbursing the employer contributions in the event of work incapacity.
- 1 Flat-rate bonus of continued pay
The continued pay (due to work incapacity) is multiplied by the percentage rate for reimbursing the employer contributions in the event of work incapacity.
- 2 Flat-rate bonus of continued pay limited by the income threshold in the pension insurance
The continued pay (due to work incapacity) is limited to the income threshold and is multiplied by the percentage rate for reimbursing the employer contributions in the event of work incapacity.
- 9 No reimbursement of employer contributions
The employer contributions have already been compensated by the reimbursement rate for the continued remuneration.
