Definition

The file counter is stored in table File Numbers for E-Mail Procedure with Health Ins. Funds (T5D4U) for each sender (personnel area and personnel subarea) and recipient (company number of the receiving office). Each time a new notification file is created with the same sender and recipient, the file counter is incremented by one.

Use

A file counter is only useful in conjunction with a sender (personnel area and personnel subarea) and recipient (company number of the receiving office). The combination of sender/recipient/file counter identifies a notification file uniquely (or the associated TemSe object).

Notification files are generated by the following reports:

• RPCD3TD0 (Create DEUEV Data Medium for E-Mail/EDI/Diskette)
• RPCBMTD0 (Create DEUEV Data Medium for Professionals Pension)
• RPCBOHD0 (Transfer Notifications to the DASBV)
• RPCZOHD0 (Transfer of Paying Office Notifications to Health Insurance)
