Use

In some instances it is not possible to assign inbound notifications to paying office notifications, for example, since the case number of the employer in the inbound notifications does not exactly match the case number of the employer of the paying office notification.

If you select this parameter, notifications that cannot be assigned in a system via the case number of the employer are assigned in a second using the insurance number. If the insurance number and the paying office number contained in the inbound notification match the data for a personnel number in the system, this notification is assigned to this personnel number.
