Specifies whether a social selection was made (selection 1, 4, or 5 under Dismissal/Notice Employment Relationship By).
- 1 = Yes
- 2 = No
- 3 = Not Applicable, As Dismissal for Personal/Conduct Reasons
Use
Dismissal due to operation reasons is socially not justifiable if there was no social selection made in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 2 KSchG.
