Definition
In this field, you specify whether this is an irrevocable release from work by the employer with actual continued payment of the remuneration.
For an irrevocable release from work (mutually agreed or announced by the employer), the work relationship subject to insurance already ends at the start of the release in terms of benefits and contributions. As of this point in time, the employee is still an employee in terms of a work relationship subject to social insurance contributions and is compulsorily insured for health insurance, pension insurance, care insurance, and unemployment insurance until he or she leaves the company.
