Definition
In this field, you specify whether the termination is a dismissal due to operational reasons in accordance with Section 1a KSchG or whether the employer would have dismissed the employee for operational reasons if the employer had terminated the employee.
The latter case (#employer would have terminated employee#) applies to cases where an employee terminated the relationship or a termination contract was agreed where the employer would otherwise have terminated the employee anyway.
