Definition

Indicates whether the contributions are to be calculated according to the special regulations for the slide zone. The following specifications are possible:

  • 1 - Contribution Calculation According to Slide Zone Regulation

    The total remuneration of the employee in concurrent employment is in the slide zone. The slide zone regulation is to be considered when calculating the contribution.

  • 2 - No Contribution Calculation Acc. to Slide Zone Regulation

    The total remuneration of the employee in concurrent employment is not in the slide zone. The slide zone regulation is not to be considered when calculating the contribution.

  • 3 - Contribution Calculation Slide Zone; Sec.27 Para. 2 SGB III

    The total remuneration of the employee in concurrent employment is in the slide zone. The slide zone regulation is to be considered when calculating the contribution.

    Since the other employment relationships are for part-time employment, the remuneration must not be cumulated in unemployment insurance.

  • 4 - No Contribution Calc. Slide Zone; Sec.27 Para. 2 SGB III

    The total remuneration of the employee in concurrent employment is not in the slide zone. The slide zone regulation is not to be considered when calculating the contribution.

    Since the other employment relationships are for part-time employment, the remuneration must not be cumulated in unemployment insurance.

Use

Dependencies

The information stating whether the contributions are to be calculated according to the special slide zone regulations originates from a DSKK inbound notification from the health insurance fund. In the 'Manual' column, the employer can override the indicator stated by the health insurance fund.

The indicator is used in payroll to control the calculation of contributions (slide zone or normal calculation of contributions for those in concurrent employment) for the employee.
