Checkbox that displays whether the status of a notification is set to Incorrect.

Use

On January 1, 2013, a new version of the data record for the automatic application procedure for reimbursement in accordance with the Expenses Compensation Act (AAG) will be introduced.

The prerequisite for submitting the requests from payroll programs that have been checked by the system is, according to the description of the procedure, that the data on the details of the insured persons and the level of reimbursements requested originates and is created from remuneration documents managed automatically.

Consequently, the system creates notifications in the data record version 02 automatically with the status Incorrect if entries have been made for the reimbursement amounts from the infotype Electronic Data Exchange (0700) with the subtypes DBAU (AAG: incapacity to work), DBBT (AAG: prohibited activities), or DBZU (AAG: maternity). The administrator then needs to uses an automatic input help to submit these notifications.
