Definition

This field indicates the notification period for which the notification is relevant.

Use

Depending on the notification category and reason, the fields for the start and end of the notification period may contain different values. This is primarily to allow the notifications to be sorted in chronological order. The times that can be entered in the fields for the start and end of the notification period are listed here:

  • Balance notification to health insurance fund
    • Start = Start of pension payment
    • End = End of pension payment
  • Notification of a capital payment to the health insurance fund
    • Start = Start of the capital payment period
    • End = End of the capital payment period
  • Notification of a regular pension payment to the health insurance fund with notification reason Approval/Start of Pension Payment
    • Start = Start of pension payment
    • End = Start of pension payment
  • Notification of a regular pension payment to the health insurance fund with notification reason Change of Pension Payment
    • Start = Day before pension payment is changed
    • End = Change in pension payment
  • Notification of a regular pension payment to the health insurance fund with notification reason End of Pension Payment
    • Start = End of pension payment
    • End = Day after end of pension payment
  • Notification to paying office with notification reason Confirmation of Start of Pension Payment
    • Start = Start of deduction of contribution amount
    • End = Start of deduction of contribution amount
  • Notification to paying office with notification reason Change to Current Pension Payment
    • Start = Day before change
    • End = Date of change
  • Notification to paying office with notification reason Confirmation for Advance Statement
    • Start = Start of deduction of contribution amount
    • End = Start of deduction of contribution amount
  • Notification to paying office with notification reason Change of Health Insurance Fund, End of Statutory Pension, End of SHI Membership, or End of Notification Obligation Due to Death
    • Start = End of deduction of contribution amount
    • End = Day after end of deduction of contribution amount
  • Notification content: social insurance adjustment
    • Start = Start of the period for which the notification is to apply
