Definition
You can use this indicator to specify that the report should create notifications on the issuing of a process number (DSVV data record).
Use
The report checks whether a DSVV notification needs to be created. This is the case if no insurance number is entered or Social Insurance (0013) is specified in the infotype. If no notification has been sent to the employee yet concerning this, the report creates a notification on the issuing of a process number.
You can also use the function to generate notifications for employees about the issuing of a process number, independently of the notification creation after the monthly payroll.
Dependencies
Note that the report only selects employees of the public sector (with payroll type 4). Insurance numbers for employees liable to insurance contributions have to be applied for via the DEUEV procedure.
