Definition
You use this indicator to control the report such that it creates termination notifications (data record Multi-Functional Earnings Data Record (MVDS) with a data module Notice/Dismissal (DBKE)). The information written in the data module DBKE is determined in general from the infotype Electronic Data Exchange (0700) subtype DBKE. To create DBKE notifications, the authorization to read this infotype must be available.
Use
For termination notifications to be created, the indicator DBKE must be set for the ELENA notification creation run. As the data for the termination notifications is determined completely from the master data, you can also create the termination notifications independently of the payroll. In this case, only this field has to be selected. The Monthly Remuneration Notification field then cannot be selected.
Dependencies
Example
You want to create the termination notifications together with the monthly remuneration notifications each month after the payroll run. Then select the fields Monthly Remuneration Notification and Termination Notification in the groupbox Program Control.
