Definition

If you select this field, the contribution and pension rates for this health insurance (HI) fund are not transferred from the contribution rate file created automatically.

Use

This field must be set for certain HI funds following a merge since a situation may result in which three different pension rates exist for the same company number.

  1. Pension rate of the HI fund for which the company number before and after the merge is identical and of which the retirees were already a member before the merge.
  2. Pension rate of the HI fund that the retirees became a member of not until after the merge.
  3. Pension rate of the HI fund of which the retirees were previously a member and whose company number differs from that of the successor HI fund.

For points 2 and 3, you have to create separate HI funds whose company number is identical to the company number of the HI fund in point 1, but whose pension rates differ from the rate entered in the contribution rate file created automatically.

To ensure that these pension rates are not overwritten when the contribution rate file is imported, this field must be selected for the HI funds specified under points 2 and 3.
