Definition

An instruction given by the employer or an employee notification stating whether an SHI monthly declaration is to be created for the employee.

Use

The health insurance fund sends notifications stating whether an SHI monthly declaration is to be created for a particular employee. This is defined in the HI Fund Inst. field. If the employee informs you that there are multiple benefits, you can use this field to override the health insurance fund#s notification (Do Not Create Monthly Declaration) and create a monthly declaration.

Dependencies

Depending on the declaration in this field, the entry in the HI Fund Inst. field is overridden.
