The key forms a part of the 9-digit information regarding the work according to the 2010 list of codes of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit.

Use

Stored in data module DBME (reporting facts) of DEUEV notifications.

Dependencies

The individual check on whether an employee is working as a temporary employee is only necessary for those employees who are operating as personnel leasers according to the Personnel Leasing Act (AÜG).

Employees who do not lease any employees can encode all their notifications with 1 for not personnel leasing. This also applies if they are employing temporary employees in their company.
