Definition
This field indicates the status of the notification
Use
The notification status shows the extent to which the notification has been processed in the contribution collection procedure and which additional actions are possible or necessary.
Dependencies
The status that a notification can have depends on the type of notification.
Status Indicators for Notifications Sent to the Professionals Pension Organization
- New (00)
The notification was created without errors by the report Create PPO Notifications for Collection of Contributions (RPCBOVD0) but has not been processed further.
- With Errors (12)
The notification was not created without errors by the report Create PPO Notifications for Collection of Contributions (RPCBOVD0) (see error log). Correct the error and restart the report so that the notification status is New.
If you cannot correct the error, report the notification manually and use the report List of Persons Responsible for PPO Notifications for Collection of Contributions (RPCBOLD0) to set the Reported Manually status.
- Transferred (01)
The notification has been written to a file by the report Transfer of PPO Notifications for Collection of Contributions (RPCBOHD0).
- Rejected (10)
This notification was transferred to the receiving office where it was rejected. Rejected status can be set with the report Person Responsible List for PPO Notifications for Contribution Collections (RPCBOLD0).
- Reported Manually (13)
This status can be set with the report Person Responsible List for PPO Notifications for Contribution Collections (RPCBOLD0). It indicates that the notification was reported manually to the receiving office and must not be processed automatically.
Reported Manually status can only be set for notifications with With Errors or Rejected status.
