Reason for submitting the notification
01 = Change (permitted until May 31, 2012)
As of June 1, 2012, the following submission reasons apply:

12 Change of Address
13 Change of Inactive Indicator
14 Change of Contact Person
15 Change to Data Module DBKA
16 Change of Reporting Office
17 Combination of Reasons 12 to 16
18 Combination of Reason 11 with at Least One Other Reason 12 to 16
A notification that was created with reason 00 as an initial notification cannot be sent since no change was found in the system. If the notification is to be forwarded anyway, the employment office needs to be informed of the change directly.
Use
In the notification procedure for company data maintenance, changes to the data for a company number are reported.
No existing data that is already known to the company number service at the German Federal Employment Agency needs to be reported.
