If this field is checked, the personnel number for the DEUEV live start creates registrations with reason '13' (other reasons).

The creation of registrations with reason '13' for the DEUEV live start is always necessary if the employee was deregistered in the old system at the end of the last live payroll. The deregistration in the old system usually occurs with reason for issue 36 (system change).

For mid-year legacy data transfers, a reason 36 deregistration should always be created in the old system and a reason 13 registration should always be created in the SAP system.
