Definition

The Automatic overtime field can only be used in time evaluation.

It is not used in the standard SAP system. If the field is active, it is not necessary to assign special approval for overtime (infotype 2007, Attendance Quotas) to employees who work according to this particular daily work schedule.

This field is only used in time evaluation (report RPTIME00).

The Automatic overtime field is only processed if a corresponding personnel calculation rule has been created. The field can be queried in the personnel calculation rule using operation VARST and parameter
OVPOS.
