Definition
This indicator controls whether the originals are distributed in
ALE systems.
Use
Only those originals that are stored on the following data carriers are distributed:
- SAP database
- vault
Original files that are saved in an archive are not distributed. Only the change pointers are distributed.
Procedure
Examples
For document type B-1 (report), you can specify that all original application files for the application WRD (Microsoft Word) that are are stored in VAULT1 (vault for Office applications) should be distributed.
Dependencies
You can specify the distribution of the original application files dependently of the document type and application.
