Default value for Oracle storage parameter PCTFREE.
If a table line does not fit into a block, you should set this parameter to zero. In addition, you should choose a small value for constant line length to achieve a high block occupancy level. For a variable line length and frequent updates, you should choose a correspondingly high value.
