Definition

For Hierarchy Framework Scenarios that support undo/ redo of data changes, you can enter a number of steps that can be carried out without saving. If you reach the maximum number of steps, the system suggests that you save your data (but you can also decide not to). In this context a Step is a user interaction resulting in a data change. This means that not every data record change counts as a step, since one user interaction can result in the creation or modification of several data records.
