Shows the scheduled "time stamp from", which indicates the start of a time interval. In the nomination transaction, the "time from" is defaulted to 00:00:00 , while the "time to" is defaulted to 24:00:00. If schedulers want to schedule whole days, this is achieved automatically by these defaulted times.
