Definition

The following status is available for a nomination line item:

  • 1 Planned
  • 2 Scheduled
  • 3 Rejected
  • 4 Confirmed
  • 5 Complete

Note

Scheduled line items are blocked from changes.

A confirmed line item can be changed or deleted. If you change a confirmed line item, the line item status is changed to "planned".

Use in Tickets

The following "last saved" status is possible for tickets:

  • 9 : Received (The ticket has been saved)
  • B : Checked (The ticket has been validated)
  • C : Processed (The ticket has been actualized)

Note for Tickets

Ticket status B does not mean that validation was successful. Even if the ticket validation fails, the status is B.

Similarily if the status is C, it does not neccessarily mean that the ticket has been posted successfully and all the relevant documents have been generated.
