Definition

This indicator shows that management records are generated automatically for all objects of this object type (for example, BOMs) which are processed with this change number.

Procedure

• When you process an object with reference to this change number, the system generates the object management record immediately.
  To enter the reason for change in the change master, choose Goto ->Object overview -> <object type>.

You can define how management records are created automatically by setting other indicators:

• Generated automatically only for new objects
• Generated in dialog mode

Dependencies

You can only enter this indicator if the following indicators are also set for this object type:

• Object type active for change number
• Management record required for each object
