Definition
Freelists (Fr) indicates how many freelists a group contains. This parameter should be used in connection with Freelist Groups (FG). It can be used to change the degree to which parallel processing is allowed when accessing ORACLE with the 'parallel server option'.
This parameter becomes effective when the object is created.
