Quarter in which the time fence appears in the quarterly split.
Example
- You specify 02 as the first quarter of the time fence.
The time fence line appears on the first of the second quarter.
- You specify "Quarter of planning section" as the start quarter of the time fence. Your planning section starts on 02.05, thus in the second quarter.
The time fence line appears on the first of the second quarter.
