Definition
If you create an appraisal model for the purpose of performing management by objectives, this indicator lets you specify whether the criteria text should be ready for input in an actual management by objectives process.
If you set this indicator, you specify that the criteria text is ready for input.
Activating the indicator lets you set individual objectives for your employees when you perform management by objectives.
Note:
You can make the specification at the level of criteria, in other words, you can set the indicator specifically for appraisal elements of the type criterion.
