Example

You have defined three users for the document type "accounting document" and assigned them to a list. On the assignment screen, the documents in the scan stack are then processed as follows:

The first document assigned the document type "accounting document" is allocated to the first user in the list, the second document to the second user, the third to the third user, and the fourth to the first user again, etc.
