Definition

Length of validity of HR master records in the subsystem

Use

The time ID number is validated for the exact date in the subsystem. There must be a valid entry in the HR master record table for each day in question.

Procedure

You can store a Default value in the communication parameters. This value is used in batch.

Examples

You download the HR master records for three days on 01.01.1995 at 01:30.

The system then downloads the following into the master data of each selected employee, according to the validity of the time recording infotype and the split:

• a master record valid from 01.01.1995 to 03.01.1995,
• a master record valid from 02.01.1995 to 03.01.1995, if the time recording infotype for the employee exists only as of 02.01.1995.
• a master record valid from 01.01.1995 to 01.01.1995, and a further master record valid from 02.01.1995 to 03.01.1995, if the employee's authorization for off-site work changes on 02.01.1995.

It is possible to have other, similar combinations.
