The employer pays the deduction in iteration step 1, i.e. the guaranteed net amount deduction.
Example
The employer wishes to pay the social insurance contributions for a guaranteed net amount. This does not cover the tax on the guaranteed net amount; hoever, the employer does wish to pay the tax on the social insurance contributions.
