Use

Iteration is terminated at the usual time if the employer-paid
deductions stop increasing, i.e., if the difference in the
deductions of two consecutive iteration steps is zero.

Iteration is terminated prematurely if the difference in
deductions is less after x steps ('NPED3') than the percentage
given here.
