Definition
Iteration is usually terminated when the deductions paid by the
employer stop increasing, i.e., when the difference between
deductions in two successive iteration steps is zero.
On the basis of the number of steps that can be specified here,
the system checks whether the difference is small enough. If so,
iteration is terminated ahead of time.
