If you specify a business partner for a note, then the note will only be valid for the specified business partner.
If a note is assigned to a connection object, for example, and the business partner moves out of the premise of the connection object, then the clerk must manually remove the note. In this case, a system message will inform the clerk of the required action when he/she creates the move-out document.
