Use
Each mass activity can include the field Posting Date. It is saved in the basic parameter record that is represented by the structure FKK_MAD_BASICS (field FKK_MAD_BASICS-POST-BUDAT).
The field Posting Date is treated as a required entry field by default; however, you can change this setting in the Implementation Guide for Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable under Technical Settings -> Prepare Mass Activities.
- To do this, select the desired mass activity and double-click on General Control.
- Then choose the tab page Miscellaneous and set the indicator No required entry field in the frame Posting Date.
