Use

  • If you set this indicator, a new message determination process is initiated for change notices.
    All messages that have been set up for new printouts and defined as change messages via the "Fine-tuned message control" function are also found. These messages are then flagged with a change indicator and are suggested by the system for the purchasing document.

    Caution:
    In this case you must set the multiple transmission indicator for the message type.
  • If you do not set the indicator, change messages are generated by copying messages for new printouts. However, as above, this is done taking the message types set up as change messages via the "Fine-tuned message control" function into account.
