Definition

Transmitted net value in original currency

Use

In an internal operation (delivery, billing document) or with transmitted amounts, if the system recognizes that EURO is used in one place and a currency from one of the EURO participants is used in another, the system converts the transmitted amounts into the currency of the internal operation. Using these converted values (only the item net is used operationally), the system compares the values in the processing step as well.

For information purposes, the original values are stored additionally so that it is possible to trace at all times the values transmitted by the partner.

Procedure

Examples

  • The internal currency is DEM, the customer transmits the values in EUR.
  • The transmitted (item net) value is: 100 (EUR).

The following values are determined:

  • Transmitted currency (field: CURISO_T): EUR
  • Converted original currency (field: CURCYRL_T): EUR
  • Converted used currency (field: CURCY_T): DEM
  • Internal currency (field: CURCY) : DEM
  • Transmitted value in converted original currency (field: NETWRRL_T): 100.00 EUR
  • Transmitted value used (converted into operation currency, field: NETWR_T): 196.00 DEM
