Definition

Uses manually defined SET/GET parameters with the manually specified values when transactions are called.

Use

You can manually specify the values (SET/GET parameters) with which a transaction is called.
You must enter the parameter ID and either choose a field name or enter a fixed value.

These parameters are transferred in the initial screen (and, if applicable, in further processing) of the transaction that has been called.

To find out whether the corresponding field of the transaction that is to be called can be filled with a parameter, and what the relevant parameter ID is called, see the technical information in the F1 help for this field. However, you should note that the corresponding field is not always filled with this SET/GET parameter, even if a SET/GET parameter has been entered for this field.

Dependencies

If you also select Skip Initial Screen, the transaction is started directly with the specified parameters.

Manually defined SET/GET parameters override automatically determined SET/GET parameters.
You should also see the documentation: Determine SET/GET Parameters Automatically and SET/GET Parameter ID.
