Definition
The subtype field of an infotype must always be available in the key field Pnnn-SUBTY as well as in the data section of the structure. This enables you to assign special check tables, your own documentation and key words. Examples are as follows:
P0006-ANSSA - address type (check table T591A)
P0014-LGART - wage type (check table T512Z)
P0021-FAMSA - family member type (check table T591A).
The central modules for master data maintenance automatically transfer the entry in the field specified here to the key field Pnnnn-SUBTY.
