Documentation

Definition

This indicator specifies that a garnishable amount is due each month; the full garishable amount is used for the garnishment. If another garnishment/cession has a higher rank, the remainder of the unused garnishable amount is used for garnishment.

Dependencies

You must fill in at least one of the following fields:

Main claim, Monthly claim, All garnishable remuneration, Interest-free costs, Interest-bearing costs Court costs or Monthly costs.

If you select the option All garnishable remuneration, you cannot enter any other amounts.

Use

This indicator is used in Payroll and in evaluation programs.

In Payroll, it is used to determine the monthly claim.
