Definition
Specifies that the layers of a pool from which a material is dissolved are proportionally reduced.
Use
If you set this indicator, the system first compares the current stock quantities of the materials in the pool and assigns each material to be dissolved its proportional quantity. Each layer of the pool is then reduced by this percentage.
Proportional pool splitting is plausible if the reason for the pool switch comes "from outside", for example in a changed enterprise structure or new evaluation standards from the auditors
If the price of a material to be dissolved is significantly different to the average price of the pool, it may make sense to select the indicator "Proportional to value" as well.
