Definition
When you activate this parameter, only persons who fulfill ALL essential requirements of the position are chosen (in the case of succession planning); in the case of career planning, only positions are chosen whose essential requirements are ALL fulfilled by the career candidate.
Essential requirements are requirements of the position with a high priority. How high this priority must be, is defined in Customizing (Functions --> Career and succession planning).
Note: The value '1' is normally assumed for PRVAL. In other words, all requirements of the position whose priority is <= 1 are interpreted as essential requirements.
