Definition
Holds the timestamp (date and time) of the start of a selected time
period. The format is YYYYMMDDHHmmSS, where YYYY is the year (e.g. 1996),
MM the month (Jan=01,..,Dec=12), DD the day (01..31), HH the hour
(00..24), mm the minute (00..59), and SS the seconds (00..59).
A timestamp always consists of exactly 14 digits.
