Definition
Specifies the target storage location that the system uses in Advanced Returns Management for the automatic goods movement posting to the repair order stock when you specify External Repair as the logistical follow-up activity in the Material Inspection in Warehouse transaction. This storage location enables you to obtain an overview of the stock that is physically located at the subcontracting vendor.
Dependencies
To activate the automatic goods movement posting to the external repair order stock at the subcontracting vendor, you must select the Goods Movement to External Repair Order Stock at Vendor checkbox in the Customizing settings for the follow-up activity External Repair.
If you do not specify this storage location for the external repair order stock, the storage location remains unchanged in the automatic goods movement posting.
